Coaching
Performance coaching is for climbers who have all the basics, such as the ability to lead and climb safely, and are looking to improve. Working with a climbing coach can improve your technique; for example working on your footwork or your mental preparation. A session with a climbing coach can help you to move up through the grades.

Courses
We can arrange custom made courses to meet your needs, here are some ideas;
- Children – children love to climb! A course with one of our Guides can teach them the basics in complete safety and give them a healthy sport for life.
- Moving Outside – for gym trained climbers who want to start climbing outside. Covering aspects such as safety, equipment, communication and rope-work a bespoke Moving Outside course can give you the confidence you need to make the transition from the gym to the great outdoors.
- Learning to Lead – for climbers who want to safely move to the sharp-end of the rope.

Adventure Days
A full day involving every aspect of mountain adventure; abseiling, tyrolean traverses, caving and climbing in a big-cliff environment. Suitable for families and friends of all ages. An unforgettable experience is guaranteed!
Rock-&-Road Trips
A bespoke rock-and-road trip is the perfect way to ensure that you make the most out of the region. Our guides can put together a trip to best crags that Provence has to offer; for example a two week trip visiting six different locations such as the Calanques, Buoux, the Verdon, Orpiere, Bellecombe, and les Dentelles de Montmirail whilst enjoying all the sights along the way.
